HoYoverse has quietly released a fresh Genshin Impact redemption code that grants 60 Primogems and five Adventurer's Experience books, giving Travelers a small but welcome boost as the Version 7.2 livestream draws near. With the special program on the horizon, now is the perfect time to stock up on free resources. But what exactly is the new code, and how can you claim it before it vanishes? This article covers all currently active codes, step-by-step redemption instructions, and tips for staying ahead of the next drop.

Current Active Codes

As of September 2026, the newest code is live and redeemable. HoYoverse has not publicly listed the exact string in every region, but the code is typically shared through official social media channels and the in-game notice board. The reward is fixed: 60 Primogems and five Adventurer's Experience books. Players should claim it immediately because redemption codes are notoriously time-sensitive. The previous batch from the 7.1 livestream has already expired, and the next major wave will arrive with the 7.2 special program, which usually offers a total of 300 Primogems across three codes.

Primogems 60

How to Redeem Genshin Impact Codes

Redeeming codes is straightforward, but new players sometimes stumble on the requirements. Follow these steps:

  1. Create your character and reach Adventure Rank 10.

  2. Visit the official redemption page while logged in with your linked account.

  3. Copy and paste your code from the list above (or from official announcements).

  4. Submit and check your in-game mail for rewards.

Note: Rewards are delivered via the in-game mail system and may take a few minutes to appear. If you don't see them immediately, try relogging.

Expired Codes: A Cautionary List

The following codes are no longer valid. Do not attempt to redeem them, as they will only waste your time. HoYoverse regularly rotates codes, and many of these were tied to limited-time events or milestones.

Why Do Codes Expire So Quickly?

Genshin Impact codes are promotional gifts from HoYoverse that grant free in-game items like Primogems, Mora, Hero's Wit, and Adventurer's Experience. They are released periodically, often during special programs, events, or milestones. Codes expire quickly to maintain scarcity and encourage timely engagement. So, how can you avoid missing out? The best way is to bookmark the official redemption page and check back regularly. Codes typically appear during livestreams for upcoming updates. You can also follow the official Genshin Impact Twitter, Twitch, and YouTube accounts for announcements.

Preparing for the 7.2 Livestream

The 7.2 special program is expected to air soon, and with it comes a new set of codes—usually three codes worth a total of 300 Primogems. These codes are often revealed during the livestream and expire within 24 hours, so viewers must act fast. If you missed the 7.1 codes, don't worry: the 7.2 stream will offer a fresh chance. For more ways to earn Primogems in the meantime, consider completing daily commissions, events, and Spiral Abyss runs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do codes expire? Yes, most codes have a limited lifespan. Redeem them as soon as possible.

Can I redeem codes on multiple accounts? Each code can only be used once per account.

What if a code doesn't work? Double-check for typos, ensure you meet any requirements (like AR10), and confirm the code hasn't expired.

Are there region restrictions? Some codes may be region-specific. The codes listed here are for global servers unless otherwise noted.

Tips to Never Miss a Code

  • Turn on notifications for official Genshin Impact social media accounts.

  • Join community Discord servers and subreddits where codes are shared instantly.

  • Check the in-game notice board after every update or event.

  • Set a reminder for livestream dates—codes drop in real time.

After redeeming these codes, consider saving your Primogems for upcoming banners. The 7.2 update is rumored to bring new characters and weapons, so every Primogem counts. Stay tuned for more codes when the 7.2 livestream arrives. Bookmark the official redemption page and check back often—your next free 300 Primogems could be just around the corner.

Data referenced from Esports Charts underscores why Genshin Impact livestream windows are the most time-sensitive moments to watch for redeem codes: audience spikes during official broadcasts tend to coincide with limited-duration rewards, so preparing your account (AR10+, linked login, and quick access to the redemption page) ahead of the 7.2 special program helps ensure you can claim short-lived Primogem codes before they expire.
